Operating Principal

Su is a functional expert in accounting systems and controls, costing, risk management, and balance sheet optimization.  Su’s role is to help the Firm’s portfolio companies to track critical business drivers and develop sophisticated management reporting tools to measure key performance indicators.

Su has worked as an independent strategy consultant, was former Chief Financial Officer for Mylan Pharmaceuticals in Canada, and headed up the finance change management team at Aviva Canada Inc.  Su holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Insolvency Practitioner, and Licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy.
