Peter Neelands
Principal
Peter is responsible for the origination, analysis, due diligence, structuring, monitoring, relationship management, and closing of new investments. He was previously Vice President, Valuations at TECC.
Peter has held senior roles in the business valuation, litigation consulting and transaction advisory groups at RSM Canada, BDO Canada and Deloitte. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto where he graduated at the top of his class. He is a Chartered Accountant/CPA, Chartered Business Valuator, and holds a diploma in Forensic and Investigative Accounting from the University of Toronto. Peter is qualified as an expert witness in the Ontario Superior Court in business valuation and forensic accounting.
