Operating Principals
TECC employs and contracts industry and functional experts to work alongside management of selected portfolio companies to confirm and refine strategic, operational, organizational and cultural initiatives developed during the course of investment due diligence. Operating Principals have previously held senior management positions in relevant industries and typically have specializations in finance and accounting, process improvement, sales and marketing, or technology development. These individuals identify performance improvement initiatives but are not involved in day-to-day operations.
