Lorne is responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, due-diligence and analysis, investment monitoring, and workouts, harvests, and exits at TECC.
Lorne was previously a Portfolio Manager at RPIA, a fixed income focused asset manager, and an investment professional at one of Canada’s largest distressed debt managers. He also previously worked in restructuring and M&A investment banking in Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto at Houlihan Lokey, Millstein & Co. (subsequently acquired by Guggenheim), and BMO Capital Markets, respectively.
Lorne received an Honours Business Administration degree, with distinction, from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charterholder.
