Lesley Chan
Corporate Paralegal
Lesley is a licensed paralegal that supports internal transactional legal functions including managing and updating loan and security documentation. corporate resolutions, lien registrations, litigation filings, amendments, and related matters. She has previously been a law clerk at a rural broadband services provider, where she worked on external M&A transactions and internal compliance, and has been a law and legal assistant at various Toronto-based law firms. Lesley holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Toronto, and received a diploma in Paralegal Studies (Honours) from Herzing College.
