Principal

Dev is responsible for deal origination, due diligence, structuring and closing, investment monitoring, and servicing, workouts, harvests, and exits at TECC. He was the Managing Partner of Royal Bank Capital Partners’ private equity telecommunications portfolio where is was responsible for the turnaround and sale of underperforming investments. He was also a Vice President in Royal Bank of Canada’s credit risk management group overseeing a multi-billion dollars, global telecom, media, and technology debt portfolio. Most recently, Dev held senior research and analyst positions at various Canadian investment banks where he focused on technology and special situation investments. Dev was previously a team leader in Deloitte’s management consulting group focused on enterprise strategy and has worked in overseas construction markets with major engineering firms as a project manager. Dev holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bombay, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Professional Engineer and Certified Management Consultant.
