Claude Church is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience across retail, manufacturing, consumer products, e-commerce, and satellite communications. As Operating Principal, he focuses on helping portfolio companies drive transformation, scale operations, and unlock long-term value.

Claude originally joined TEC in 2005 as the firm’s first hire, serving as Vice President of Originations from 2005 to 2009. He returned in December 2024, bringing deep expertise in operational turnarounds, M&A integration, and stakeholder alignment. Over his career, he has held roles as CEO, Board Chair, and Chief Restructuring Officer, guiding companies through periods of growth and change.

He currently serves as CEO of TEC’s e-grocery portfolio company, where he is leading performance improvement and strategic growth initiatives. In addition, Claude lectures on business strategy at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Claude holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
