Clarence’s primary responsibilities include transaction tax due diligence and structuring. He spent the past fifteen years in public practice, most recently with Ernst & Young where he was a Senior Tax Manager focused on mergers and acquisitions. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and received Masters degrees in both Accounting and Tax from the University of Waterloo.
