Casey oversees all transactional matters pertaining to Third Eye Capital’s investments including structuring, negotiations, and execution of all loan and security documentation. Prior to joining TECC, Casey practiced law as a Senior Associate with Stikeman Elliott LLP, where he specialized in complex cross border M&A, corporate debt and equity finance, and corporate and securities law. Casey holds an LL.B. from University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University.
