Operating Principal – Transportation & Logistics

Bryan Davies is an accomplished operations leader with more than 25 years of experience in transportation and logistics. As Operating Principal, he is responsible for driving performance and growth within TEC’s logistics portfolio.

Before joining TEC, Bryan served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Canada Cartage, one of the country’s largest fleet operators. There, he led a $790 million division through volatile market cycles, enhancing margins, streamlining costs, and supporting over a dozen M&A transactions valued at up to $90 million each.

Bryan has extensive experience with private equity-backed companies, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, scalability, and preparing businesses for successful exits. At TEC, he is spearheading initiatives to stabilize operations, boost asset utilization, and create long-term value.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Western University and is a graduate of the Accelerated Leadership Program.
