Brian Hick
Chief Financial Officer
Brian is the Chief Financial Officer of TECC and TECM, and leads all finance, treasury, and accounting functions, and is responsible for performance analysis, liquidity and cash management, financial reporting, internal controls, and portfolio accounting. Prior to joining TECC in 2009, Brian worked in New York as a Controller at a long/short equity fund and VP of Accounting at a private debt manager where he was responsible for the accounting of all private lending funds. He was also a senior auditor at Ernst & Young in the investment fund practice. Brian holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
