Nick participates in the origination, evaluation, and monitoring of Third Eye Capital’s investments. Prior to joining TECC, Nick was an Associate at INFOR Financial, where he was involved in M&A, capital markets, financial restructuring, and other strategic advisory across a broad range of industries. Previously, Nick was an Analyst at Maxit Capital, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the mining sector. Nick graduated summa cum laude and with University Honors from the University of California, Riverside, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
